Buckwheat Molasses Pancakes • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour • 2 tbsp. sugar • 1 tsp. baking powder • 1/2 tsp. baking soda • 1/2 tsp. salt • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves • 1 egg • 2 tbsp. molasses • 1 1/4 buttermilk • 1 tbsp. butter, melted In a medium bowl combine flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices. In a separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot, buttered griddle.
