Knead ~10 times, pinch to make skin, mist with oil, put on parchment paper, cover and let rise 2 hours. At 1.25 minutes, start preheating the oven at 500 degrees, with the container inside. Sprinkle a bit of flour, score loaf. Put in pan, lower temp to 425 and bake for 30 mins, then for 10 with the lid off. Internal temperature should reach 200-210 range.
